Just saw my first Portland Turkey Vulture of the year, flying north over
Pittock mansion.
And I heard privately that someone had not seen the Powell Butte Mountain
Bluebird on several tries this past week so it's possible this is a
different bird, though it would seem odd to again find only a single male
in that same location.
