Carolyn Amos had a posting yesterday on OBOL about getting information on
the different features between a Cooper's Hawk and a Sharp-shinned Hawk. I
have the same problem telling them apart. A few days ago I posted on
another site a photo of what I thought was a Cooper's Hawk and was
corrected by several people that it was a Sharp-shinned Hawk. I am also in
the learning process of the difference between the two. I photographed
this Sharp-shinned Hawk a few days ago out my family room window sitting in
a tree above our pond. This was the first Sharp-shinned I had ever seen and
