I went to the Philomath Sewage Ponds this afternoon. There were quite a
few good birds around including; a Tundra Swan on the dike between the
1st and 2nd ponds, a lone Black-bellied Plover at the same location as
the Swan and a Gadwall on the central pond. For photos see link.

I also checked out the wetlands along bellfountain Rd just behind the
ponds which produced a calling SB Dowitcher and an American Bittern.
