Hello all,

During a brief evening jaunt to the rather lovely Philomath Sewage Ponds,
Oscar and I were enchanted by seven BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS (4 in variously
advanced stages of breeding plumage) hanging with a flock of about 125
DUNLIN on the dike between the two north ponds. A few distant photos are
included in my eBird checklist:

http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/email?subID=S28544412

Otherwise, things were rather slow - 3 CANVASBACK still present on the
central pond, and a nice SLATE-COLORED JUNCO foraging high in a tree at
"sparrow corner."

Happy Easter Birding

Hendrik
