A dozen birders were on a northbound Princess cruise-ship up to 95 km off
the OR coast on April 9th, from off Cape Blanco in Curry Co. to off
Tillamook Head in Clatsop County. Highlights included a way northerly
COOK'S PETREL 92 km off Tillamook Head (and possibly in WA waters), a very
good total of 43 Murphy's Petrels along the entire route, total of
11 Laysan Albatrosses, and 5 very early adult Long-tailed Jaegers--probably
record early for the state(?)--off the southern half.
