Steve:

This a Myrtle Yellow-rumped. Cape May’s lack that bright yellow flank patch and 
the throat is less demarcated. They are a more delicate build being slimmer, 
shorter tailed warbler. They lack the back lores this bird shows and are less 
boldly streaked below.
