I found a pigment challenged RED-TAILED HAWK at Brownsmead today
and figured I'd better get ahead of any claims from other regarding
a mostly white raptor in the area...
It appears to be an adult. We've had reports in previous years of
mostly white red-tails in the area. Maybe the same bird, maybe not.
