A PS to that last note- when I first walked out my front door and heard the
shorebirds calling there were so many I at first thought it was an early
goose flock!

Amazing numbers of SWainson’s Thrushes going overhead now, at least two
calls per second and not stopping. Have also heard shorebirds: Lesser
Yellowlegs and Whimbrel. Of course passerine call notes I am not sure of
either. Big numbers moving though.
