Beautiful day to do the route. Thanks to Duke Tufty who assisted and
cheerfully put up with low raptor numbers.
Total 18 raptors in 5.5 hours and 70 miles, a.m. temp 17 degrees.
4 Red-tails
3 Bald Eagles, all adults
2 Golden Eagles
7 Rough-legs
2 Prairie Falcons.
Mountain Bluebirds and Cedar Waxwings etc added sparkle to the day.
Perhaps routes by David Vick and Cindy Zalunardo have "our" raptors as
