Barbara D came up fast, riding on a quasar, to where we looked at birds in
Pintail Marsh in ANWR. She denies the speeding part of it, saying she had
to use the bathroom right quick
The Trumpeter Swan was still there. Otherwise a couple of gulls were around
George showed me a good view of a dark Merlin in a treetop in his scope and
then a Red Shouldered Hawk, the first ones I have seen of either in quite a
while
