Hey all, I had a female Canada Warbler circa 11 a.m. yesterday at Benson Pond. Female bird. It was in the second of the willows in the entry row of huge willows. I had a clear, unobstructed view from about 15 feet (8 feet high) for about 15-20 seconds. It then went farther back into the tree and I lost it. I continued to look for 30-40 minutes to try to get a photo but it didn't reappear. Noted well: - blue-ish or dark gray upperparts (sans wingbars) - Conspicuous eye ring with very conspicuous (on this bird) yellow supra loral - Entire underparts yellow with the exception of..... - White undertail coverts streaking (necklace) must not have been very pronounced as I did not note it good birding, Tom
