Seen by John Hosking and myself this afternoon. Most likely a RED-TAILED
HAWK, it was mostly white but with some dark spotting.

NORTHERN SHRIKE--Royal Ave. Parking Lot
BLACK PHOEBE--dead end of Merryman Rd. along west side of the airport.
