Hello All,
An earlier discussion on OBOL about Dark-eyed Juncos learning to use seed
feeders came to mind when I looked out the window to see a Bushtit hovering at
the Hummingbird feeder. It was not able to hover for long but it was certainly
sipping sugar water.
I had been wondering why the sugar water was being consumed so quickly. I was
sort of expecting the Black-capped Chickadees because I have seen them using
the feeder when I have the perch attached.
