Philly should be brighter yellow on lower throat/breast than on the sides,
even in the fall. The photo seems to show pale lores, not dark like a
Philly. The written description seems to fit a Warbling Vireo, the lores
can be a tad dark on Warbling as well, so the line in front of eye in
written description is not a problem. IMHO.
