Just received this from an east-coast birder friend who
tried to make it into a Heerman's Gull while cruising
off Nome. He definitely isn't a gullophile.
Looks good for a Kamchata Gull to me.
(Still a subspecies of 'Mew' Gull).
Something to keep and eye out for.
