This morning (05-08-2013) at dawn, heard (using "in-flight" call) and saw
(briefly, shadowy figure) a SWAINSON'S THRUSH at our place (just east of the
Merlin I-5 exit). Saw a brown Thrush briefly yesterday, but wasn't sure if it
was a Swainson's or Hermit. This morning, Swainson's for sure.
