I ran into Diana Byrne. She determined the picture was taken on the north side
of this little headland. Accessible now on an outgoing tide. Parking lot is on
the south side. Apparent low rock wall is a natural feature.
She says Sunday at sunrise was calm. A fairly miserable northwest wind
blowing now.
