I was out on 4th Ave across from my cottage and spotted the Hooded Oriole
flying in above the houses from the northwest. He headed south-southeast
across 4th to the big fruiting holly tree between 3rd and 4th Avenues and
disappeared.
Bob Stites and Nolan Clements are here among others looking in the
neighborhood. Good luck. I am off to work. My Hummingbird feeder on my
window by the Escalonia shrub is full. The Oriole came to that feeder in
the afternoon yesterday affording Nick and Audry prolonged good looks when
they returned to the area then.
