#2 is definitely a Lesser Goldfinch.
#3 is a Gray Flycatcher. It is an empidonax flycatcher (note the wingbars
and plain coloration). It has a quite long bill for a flycatcher, with a
dusky tip on the lower mandible, all which point to Gray. You probably saw
it dip its tail as it was perched.
#4 is also an empidonax flycatcher, this time a Dusky Flycatcher. If you
look closely you will see an even eyering (Pewees don’t have noticeable
eyerings). It has a rounded head, not peaked like a Pewee. The wings are
too short for a Pewee and the bill is like #3, but shorter. Both Gray and
Dusky are common in the locations you found them in Deschutes County.

Hi all,
Thanks so much to everyone who has posted trip reports and other
information. It has been such a great help with my Oregon Photo Big Year. I
have learned so much from reading all of your posts. After my recent trip
to Central Oregon I'm now at 155 species and while that number is laughable
compared to the fanatic and long experienced birders doing Big Years I am
thrilled that I have been able to to photograph and identify so many bird
species this year. I came to birding through amateur photography which I
have been doing for about ten years and discovered over the past several
years how much I enjoyed wildlife photography. So at the beginning of this
year I resolved to photograph as many bird species as possible with hopes
of getting photos of at least 200. Not being a bird expert does have it's
challenges so I'm hoping for help identifying the birds in the attached
photos. Any help would be much appreciated especially if it allows me to up
my species count. Thanks in advance!

1. This is possibly a young bird still molting into adult feathers based
on the gape at corners of beak. Is this possibly a Common Yellowthroat?
Bird was photographed at William L. Finley NWR on June 29, 2022.
2. I posted this as an American Goldfinch on eBird but am wondering if
this is actually a Lesser Goldfinch. Photographed June 17, 2022 at Buena
Vista County Park, Polk, Oregon.
