Sadly I'm in the hearing-loss camp, especially in my left ear.
I seldom shot a rifle, never went to rock concerts nor listened
to very loud, replayed music.
I did drive 1000's of miles crosscountry before auto air
conditioning with the driver's window open. Hmmmmmm?

I think we all know that avoiding loud noises, such as noisy concerts or
listening to loud music, is protective against hearing loss. I think I
should let people know about a B-3 vitamin variant that in an animal trial
protected against noise induced hearing loss. It may do so with people as
