Possibly five species of grebes in a mixed flock of almost 200 birds.
Western approx 120
Horned 10
Clarks 2
Pied-billed 1
Red necked 1
Also Scaup and three common mergansers.
The redneck was the real surprise for me. It does seem to have all the markers
as far as size and coloration.
Please come out and have a look-- let us know if you can corroborate!
