A Harris's Sparrow was found by Brian Fowler at his home in Newport, Oregon
this morning. He is welcoming birders as long as they don't come too early
(let's say no earlier than 9:00am). His address is 638 NE Eads St. (near
the High School). You can peer over the wood fence to the right of the
house and see the backyard feeders where the bird has been seen. If you'd
