Perhaps it is the same individual as the past few years as it tends to
hunt from exactly the same utility poles, a few miles out of Joseph
along the Imnaha Hwy.
Big flock of Rosy Finches today along Elk Mountain Rd. A few more along
Golf Course where our group has been putting down seed. Northern Pygmy
Owl at Wallowa Lake in the forest along road beside the private
homesites. Thorpes Lane in Enterprise was "seeded" a couple of times but
nothing unusual has come to it. Other birds as mentioned earlier. Fewer
birds around overall. Strong winds in the mornings.
Will summarize everything in one email when we return home. Some of our
