First off, I would like to congratulate Tony Rush and his fabulous photo
of an Acorn Woodpecker, showing off his namesake. Be sure to check it out

Secondly, the December photo contest is now open! Send your photo
submission directly to me before 5:00 pm on December 15th! The run-down of
