Well, an interesting ID challenge for sure. Chipping would be much more
expected on Tabor.
But the weak eyeline and its absence before the eye had me for Swamp. The
wing coverts
seem to be between the rufous of swamp and the lighter of chipping.

Whoa.  Mt. Tabor _really_ is a vagrant trap.
I'd vote for swamp sparrow juv.
