White-winged Crossbills continue as of this morning at Ft. Stevens SP's Battery
Russell. Our reduced group of 6 from a cancelled field trip got crippling looks
at 2 birds within a flock of about 30 Red Crossbills at the highest point
(46.190262, -123.973900). 3 times that is. The Trumpeter Swans are still at
Coffenbury Lake.
Wireless Rd yielded a flock of Western Meadowlark and a Black Phoebe.
At the Seaside Sewage Ponds we just missed a Palm Warbler that had been seen
earlier.
