As far as I know the cabin lake guzzler is filled ad hoc by users. Perhaps the

Seeking information about the water system at this popular birding site.
Having not been there for many years, I would appreciate information regarding
the water fountains. Do they automatically seek a certain water level, or are
their valves that need to be manually opened to fill the fountains?
