I set two personal records today: saw flock of 12 Hermit Warblers, most I've ever seen in one place. Later found cover of over 20 Mountain Quail. Other birds in flocks or family groups in Jackson County now: Violet-green Swallows, Kestrel, Wilson's Warblers, Warbling Vireo, Osprey, D-C Cormorants, both bluebirds. Autumn cannot be far away. http://atowhee.wordpress.com/2013/08/04/warbler-world-2/ [no pictures, I forgot my camera] -- Harry Fuller author of FREEWAY BIRDING, see: *freewaybirding.com* Atowhee@gmail http://www.towhee.net my birding blog: atowhee.wordpress.com
