A customer just showed me a nice photo taken this morning of a SAGE THRASHER.
She lives 11 miles southwest of Eugene. The bird is flying around over the
fields near their home. She asked not to have visitors so I can't give more
details. The habitat is open fields interspersed with oak woodlands on gentle
rolling hills. Western Bluebirds nest on the property and last year she had a
Northern Mockingbird at this location.
