[obol] Elegant terns continue

We found 27 Elegant Terns at the 2nd wing jetty at Yaquina Bay south jetty at
noon Sunday. We can't see the north jetty at the moment from the gull puddle.
Fog.
We cheked every view of the beach from Roads End in Lincoln City to Newport and
didn't find any terns.
