Four seen overhead at the old Weyco settling pond site on N Spit Coos Bay
this AM. Once upon a time they bred at this site, but not in the past few
years as the marshy area has increasingly become filled in with willow.
Plenty of Swainson's Thrushes around as Dave Lauten mentioned, heard my
first singing Swainson's yesterday in Coos Bay up Telegraph Hill on my dawn
walk.
