We walked up to the Eastside Boat ramp bunting site at 11:45am today
12/27/2013, & the Painted Bunting was in a small tree on the west side of the
trail & slightly north of the seed patch. She then flew down to feed on the
seed. Been feeding with finch flock almost continuously ever since! Great bird.
Thanks to the locals for keeping tabs on it AND for adding to the seed pile,
which we also will do.
