I forgot to mention that Barb Taylor had a couple of singing yellowthroats
on N Spit Coos Bay on Sunday- earliest spring record by three days for Coos
( not including overwintering birds).
Just saw 5 C Mergansers along Haynes Inlet on my way out of town- unusual
to see them anywhere in the bay.
