Beautiful morning on the north spit of Coos Bay, spent a couple hours dog
walking and birding, highlights:
5- MARBLED GODWITS
2- LESSER GOLDFINCHES (only on the spit during migration)
1- PALM WARBLER (Weyco pond site, first of the fall for me and on the early
side for sure)
Major movement of robins this am. Also heard and saw several flocks of
Cackling Geese headed north? Yellow-rumps everywhere, lots of Siskins in
also.
