I asked Rudi if the collared Canada Goose was an individual with the code
292V on it, and it was.
This goose is so old that it was published in 1995 in the NW Permit Zone
Goose ID test. The current form of the publication is called "Identification
Field Guide to the Geese of the Willamette Valley and Lower Columbia River,
2nd Edition"
