I checked on what looked to be a patch of Ceanothus which turned out to be
a huge clearing of Manzanita bushes:
42.7995938, -122.9210819
The elevation is just at 4,000 feet. I wonder if when they start blooming
this will be a good place to look for Calliope Hummingbird?
