Hi,
A few days ago, Neal Myers found and photographed a Burrowing Owl near
the coast north of Waldport. It was standing on the ground in an area
with many ground squirrel burrows. From the photograph and
description, it looks to me to be in an area where it would be
vulnerable to disturbance from overeager people trying to see how
close they can get to it, so I do not include a more exact location.
