I believe it is. Ebird shows zero Oregon records away from the immediate
coast in Oregon. I imagine there are a few historical records not in
ebird's database, but it seems to be an exceedingly rare bird away from the
coast. Now if it could only have stayed put for 5 more minutes ... :\
