Here are 3 (of 4) _banded_ birds photographed in Hawaii earlier this month,
May 10.
Hawaii is under their pathways, although they are still very uncommon
(rare?) there.
These are not associated with our recent weather conditions of course but
it's what to look for here in Oregon.
Not an obvious/easy identification as is well known.
