I found a lone BLACK-NECKED STILT on the NW pond at the Philomath Sewage
Ponds this morning. Only other shorebirds present were at least 26 SPOTTED
SANDPIPERS.
Also saw 5 PURPLE MARTINS and a pair of GREATER SCAUP. Nothing much else
of note.
