Wink's Black Scoter is still present. About 1/2 mile walk along the beach
north of the County line parking area. 2 WWSC and a Surf also. Awesome
views fairly close to the beach. Great find Wink. This is likely the same
bird Jim Danzenbacker saw from the other side of the river about a week ago.
