Friends of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Complex is holding a Bird Photography Workshop. Award-winning Photographer Paul Bannick will be leading this workshop April 11 from 7am to noon. Topics that will be covered include: q Getting the best bird photographs at lowest cost and with the least technical variables q Pros and cons of different shooting modes q Exposure compensation q Depth of field q Shutter speed and ISO q Flash (when to use) q Finding birds q Getting closer to birds q In the field assistance in image making q Ethics of Photographing The site will be nearby to the Sherwood, Oregon, location of the Tualatin River NWR.
