Sounds like there will need to be more than Common Scoter around in order to
consider another one. Now, if per chance there were a Garganey, Baikal Teal,
Emp Goose, Bean Goose, Black Duck, King and Stellars Eiders, Whooper Swan,
Cinnamon and Blue-winged Teal , Smew around we could put the record out of
reach at around 40. No prob.....
