Here <https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S48376913>are some record shots
of the Bg Gnatchatcher that I found yesterday on Bayocean spit. I'm
currently leaning towards the eastern subspecies based on the photos,
vocalizations (which sounded fine fore eastern), and the fact that it
reacted to eastern playback. I also think the bird is a 1st year, but am
not sure.
Thoughts as to the subspecies and sex would be appreciated.
