[obol] Baskett Slough, pelicans and stilts

I stopped by Baskett Slough on the way home today from the Cascades.
 Highlights were: 4 BLACK-NECKED STILTS, 2 AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS, and
numerous GREATER YELLOWLEGS, unk. DOWITCHERS, KILLDEER, WESTERN SANDPIPERS,
and a SPOTTED SANDPIPER.
