Hi OBOL,

A small group of us enjoyed some time at Baskett Slough today. We started
at 7am. We had some great looks, probably the most fun being a couple of
BLACK TERNS flying close by. Full Highlights:

-2 Black Terns - 2 along Headquarters rd/dike and 1 earlier along Narrows
-3 American Bittern - actually seen!
-4 Greater White-Fronted Geese
-1 American White Pelican
-3 Black Bellied Plovers
-2 Black-necked Stilts
-4 Wilson's Phalarope
-1 Yellow-headed Blackbird (great close looks)
-1 Townsend's Warbler
-2 Bullock's Orioles
and great looks at Horned Larks, Western Tanagers and Black-headed Grosbeaks

Full report of all 75 birds here:
