Friday afternoon we looked for the BARNACLE GEESE at the place mentioned east
of the
boat launch. Nothing. Saw a few geese along the road to Pacific City. After
looking at them
for a bit a BARNACLE GOOSE head came above the tall grass. Took several
pictures and
it seems there are 3 BARNACLE GEESE. Wish we knew where they came from.
