[obol] Barn Swallow and others at Philomath Sewage Ponds

Yesterday (3/2) afternoon in the rain, Oscar Harper, Christopher Hinkle and
I observed a large flock of swallows at the Philomath Seawage Ponds,
including approx. 150-180 Tree Swallows, at least 10 Violet-greens and our
FOY BARN SWALLOW.

Not much else of note was present.
