[obol] Bandon Exciting Sighting

We observed, during a tide pool walk, 3 Tufted Puffins flying toward Table Rock
at 9:45. This is after observing 2 Tufted Puffins emerging from their burrow at
7:45 on Elephant Rock. In addition, we saw 2 Black Oystercatchers on North
Coquille Rock.
Lastly, a lone Harbor seal on the rocks.

The only failure is the failure to try; the measure of success is how one copes
with disappointment.
