Currently on lngram's lsland, which as with Dodge Island, l have not
previously visited, despited being born in Benton County. Significant disrupter
is snow, now largely melted but remarkably extensive for March 2. Many days in
a row must have seen this area unavailable for grazing by Cacklers. Seems
anomalous with 50-53 degrees. The stiff north wind has lulled. This upper
delta of the Willamette is the opposite of Linn County--complex and limited in
access. A myriad of islands stretches from Harrisburg to Kiger Island, most
public roads dead end. Lots of pivot irrigation syatems, which Gyrs are known
to perch on. Small flocks of Cacklers, high, headed east. Sent from my Verizon,
